Mindshare is making significant investments to ensure the safety and comfort of every attendee at this year’s Leadership Summit. Here’s a quick overview of what we’re doing in collaboration with our hotel partner, the JW Marriott Camelback Resort, Scottsdale, AZ.
Currently, neither the JW Marriott Camelback Resort nor the state of Arizona requires masks indoors. This may change. We will be providing areas for those who prefer to stay masked indoors with additional space around each chair for those members who wish to maintain additional social distance.
Enhanced Immune Support
Many of our members have been using the preventive steps outlined at Covid-19CriticalCare.com with great success. JJ, Karl, and members of our core team have successfully used this protocol.
Immunity enhancing IVs will be available to members during the event. A link to purchase IVs will be provided to all confirmed ticket holders 2 weeks prior to the event.
Screening
Each attendee will need to provide a negative C-19 test completed no more than 48 hours prior to entry. No-charge, rapid-antigen testing will be available onsite for those who wish to test upon arrival. Testing is quick, painless, and can be repeated throughout the weekend at no cost to any member or staff attending if desired.
A rapid wrist-based temperature scan will be performed for each attendee, sponsor, or staff member whenever entering our conference center.
Cleaning
The JW Marriott will be following an enhanced cleaning protocol that has been in place since March of 2020. You can read their current protocol here.
Vaccines
A vaccine is not required to attend the Mindshare Leadership Summit. Proof of vaccination does not remove the requirement for initial testing or temperature screening for entry.
Staff Safety
All hotel staff will be fully masked during working hours, and are temperature checked each day when reporting for work.
Food Handling
A staff-supported buffet will be provided to members in addition to self-serve buffets. Masked and gloved hotel staff will quickly plate your selections for you.
Parties
We will have a star-light-hosted Halloween at the “ghost-town” party on Friday night. Dinner will be served under the light of the moon. The Impact awards gala will be held Saturday and the awards presentation in the main ballroom.
What to do if you don’t feel well?
If upon arrival or during the course of your stay you feel any symptoms of C-19, you will be required to isolate yourself from the conference and meeting areas, or common areas within the property.
