Paula Rizzo

Author and Productivity Expert

As an Emmy Award winning senior video producer, I’ve spent my career seeking out, reporting on and developing stories focusing on ways to help viewers lead a better life. I’ve created top-notch videos that explore trends and truths in health, wellness and lifestyle. Whether it be surgeries, alternative medicine, nutrition, stress management or fitness I’m always on the hunt for stories that will educate, inspire and entertain our audience.

Shooting packages in the field allows me to meet exceptional people who are changing the scope of medicine and wellness as we know it. Meeting patients and caregivers face to face helps to shape the inspiration behind our storytelling. As I write copy for and prep anchors for in-studio segments I’m able to translate confusing medical terms into bite-sized information that our audience can digest.

I took my talents in organization, productivity and time management and published “Listful Thinking: Using Lists to be More Productive, Highly Successful and Less Stressed,” in January 2015 with Viva Editions. I’m the founder of, which is a site dedicated to helping others become more organized, focused, efficient and less stressed.

I’ve been featured on TV, print, radio and web including Better TV,,,, Fast Company,, Dr. Oz’s The Good Life magazine,, Martha Stewart’s Whole Living magazine, Woman’s Day, Bridal Guide and Business Insider to name a few. I write a regularly for, and Thrive Journal.

I’ve spoken at many events, conferences and luncheons about productivity, time management and how to get media attention and work best with members of the media. I was the keynote speaker at the New York Women in Communications Student Conference in 2015 and I’ve also spoken at that BlogHer Conference in Los Angeles in 2016 as well as many women’s networking groups including Running with Heels, Lady Drinks and Women’s Media Group.
