We’re so excited about this event and what we’ll put out into the world together.  

We’ve been working on it for nearly 14 months…

Since the pandemic became a factor, we’ve been committed to delivering the same experience you’ve come to expect and love. Until last week that meant a hybrid event with a group of members and sponsors on site and the majority of us online.   

Due to the increasing restrictions imposed by the State, City and the JW Marriott Camelback Hotel, it’s become clear that we just can’t deliver the onsite experience that we’re known for and we couldn’t risk not giving you the value you deserve as a Mindshare Sponsor.   

With that, maybe surprisingly, comes some great news. 

• Your cost will go down – You won’t have to pay for travel, hotel room costs, or shipping of your booth materials AND YOUR REACH will GO UP. We are lowering the online ticket prices to attend and committing to a sizable ad budget to make this the biggest Summit yet.
• Less risk of exposure –  Being fully online means that we can ensure a safe environment for you and your team.
• More ways to connect – We are building a custom page for each sponsor to network with our members at your “Online Booth”. You’ll still get face time, in fact a lot more, with the extended exhibit hall hours each day –  It’s just that now, you can wear pajamas and no one will know!
• Best news of all –  your VISIBILITY and REACH will actually GO UP because more people will join online, our members won’t be travelling, and they’ll have more time to visit with you over the course of the weekend. We’re adding some great Gamification to encourage all our members to spend time in your space – and we’re going to reward them for doing so!  

Here are a few other ways we’re focused on ensuring we exceed your expectations:

• More people will be receiving our online event box. Including a cool gift that reminds them about your awesome brand everytime they use it or additional advertising in our Summit workbook that the members will use throughout the event.
• For Platinum sponsors, your breakout session recording will be available immediately for anyone who has purchased tickets and attended. 
• If you’re concerned about how you look on video – don’t be. We’ll send you a high-quality camera toolkit to stream your presentation from the comfort of your home or office, including a tutorial on how to set up the equipment for the best results. And if you are concerned about nailing your presentation JJ is going to give you some of her winning zoom strategies to deploy (keep an eye on your email for that).

Over the last 5 years, Mindshare has built a solid reputation among sponsors for delivering the highest ROI in the industry. Just as we innovated before, we’re going to provide more ways to activate your sponsorship and earn the trust of our members – including a new event we’ve added – the Health Business Growth Conference in Spring 2021.
